YES I HAVE A MINI-UZI, BUT I HAVE NUMBERS AND REASONING.

Again, I have a Mini-Uzi that I love and been using it close to, shy of one month, a year. So I would know the ups and downs of using a Mini-Uzi. Only reason I've been using it is cause of the traits. Outside of that, the Mini-Uzi is not a good weapon. When ever I say, "Why not a Mini-Uzi?" They say, "Why would I use a Mini-Uzi when I can use Mac10?"
Comparing the Mini-Uzi with the Mac10
Mini-Uzi Mac10
32 Headshot Damage 19% 38
14 17% Body Damage 12
8 14% Limb Damage 7
25 Clip 20% 30
0.075 Fire Rate* 10% 0.068
3 Sec 2% Reload 3.07 Sec
0.9 Sec Deploy Speed 200% 0.3 Sec
5% 100% Mobility 0%
These should be roughly the correct numbers, given to a tenth or two.
All numbers used here are rounded to the nearest hundredths.
*I found the fire rate by myself, I would bet a decent amount of money that this is correct. If not correct, lampoon me
So all in this spoiler was made before I did the correct fire rate. Thinking, it's a weaker Mac10 that shoots faster, I'll just put up that the Mini needs 25-33% more bullets to kill. And it doesn't even have more fire rate than the Mac to make up the deference.
Now I have all these numbers after finding out the Mac is better with headshot and firerate. I at least got a mining level out of doing these.

Mac Doesn't need anything for 3 headshot.
Mini needs 5% for 3 headshot.

Mac needs 11% to make 2 headshot + 1 body shot.
Mini needs 33% for 2 headshot + 1 body shot.
-----Vs Body Armor-----
Body armor reduces damage by 33%
Mac10 38*.67=25 to head. Just barely making it a 4 headshot.
Mini 32*.67=21 to head. Making it a 5 headshot.
You would need 17% damage to make Mini a 4 headshot against body armor.
Fun Fact: The Mac10 would need 28% damage to make it 3 headshot through body armor.

Mac10 needs 4% for 3 headshot.
Mini needs 25% for 3 headshot.

Anything is a buff at this point, but I have an idea for a rework.
There can be a theme where it is weaker than the Mac, but faster. More Mobility, faster fire rate, faster reload, and damage nerf. Where it can be more of a skirmish gun.
Headshot 25 (-28%)
Body 10 (-40%)
Limbs 5 (-40%)
Fire Rate .059 (+33%)
Reload 2.25 (+33) 25 Clip btw.
Mobility 10% (+100%)

I did think about this.
Assuming 20% fire rate is average. The Mac10 will be .058 compared to my suggested Mini-Uzi base of .059. Mini-Uzi with 20% fire rate will be .047, which will save you a whopping .3 seconds (.18).The Mac10 can easily 3-4 headshot people while having this fire rate through armor and health.
Go back and look at that damage, now think about armor and vitality. 17 damage to the head, 7 to body, 3 to limbs vs armor. You're not taking out the detective quietly. The Mini-Uzi needs 33% damage to become a 4 shot to the head if they have armor or vitality.
All headshots, damage within 1 second
Mac10 13*38=570
Mini 17*25=450
If yall have any ideas of reasonable buffs, constructive criticism, or my numbers are wrong. I'd like to hear them.

BRASS READ THIS
Brass couldn't stop harping on the Mini-Uzi having +2 more body shot damage compared to the Mac10. Which makes the Mini-Uzi have more PWR than the Mac10.
Mini 8 Body shots*.088=0.7
Mac 9 Body shots*.073=0.66
The Mac10 still kills faster than the Mini-Uzi despite +2 over the Mac.

Some are just useful utility, but not worth a credit. Stuff like:
Binoculars
Camera Mount
Whatever else is useless-mostly
Really, nobody buys these, ever, but they could be useful. They're not ground breakingly amazing, so they should just be free. This goes double due to the daily to "place health stations", meaning Detectives use their credit on that ASAP. Of course, only ONE should be purchasable.
This'll probably get flack, but, whatevs.

So I mean I get it, its supposed to be a better flamethrower than one hellfire, but its seriously overpowering. For something pretty silent it does a lot of damage before people realise they are being burned alive. (I dont think the hellfires flamethrower is perfect either tho)
I am suggesting we change the fire to reduce damage from the fire itself, but grant the ability to ignite whomever it hits for a period of time, granting extra fire damage to ignited players.
Instead of its current instant supernova flamethrower.

Heya. I know models and different stuff have been bugged recently, might have caused this:

I know the link looks phishy. Terran sent it to me.
Basically I listed 5 detective tokens, he bought one, i only got the 1150 for selling one of the five, and the listing got taken away, the other 4 vanished.
That's about it. Not much else to report. Not too concerned with compensation, either. Listed them kinda highball anyway. Maybe compensate Terran for reporting it. I probs wouldn't have even noticed.

recently picked this gun up and it's pretty fun but I've noticed the lightning proc is very lackluster for what it is.
example: the chance on mine is 1 in 13.7 to proc which is already unlikely as per the clip being 12 bullets, and when it does proc, it either hits the opponent and does it's 25 damage or you do a weird positioning game where you have to stand to where your opponent is directly in between your shot and you for the half second the proc is active.
i personally don't think this is that fun and that there are a few ways to help it feel better for the eleos user, and actually be noticable for anyone else:
1)globally decrease the chance by a big factor. this way, the eleos proc happens a few times per clip and you have a high chance of the shots you do hit being procs.
2)make the proc do less damage per tick but persist for a few seconds, similar to glaedr beam. maybe to differentiate, use the UMP Prototype effect of disorientation but to a lesser degree?
3)(personal favorite) allow the eleos procs to set a marker at the location and the user to manually activate them, probably with the E key. this would enable some cheese delay strats, sure, but the "HUGE Problem" already encourages just afk shooting at a wall to set up for later. I think this would add another dimension to the gun's skill expression.
