So, I have the flu. Flu-ish, anyways. I've had a headache for upwards of 48 hours now, and I'm at my wits end. I can't take anything with ibuprofen or acetaminophen, since they aggregate my high blood pressure. I'm also forced to take some amlodipine besylate every day for my hypertension, but one of the side effects is headaches (Which seem to have made my pain much, much worse).

I don't really know any home remedies besides a hot bath and lots of sleep, but any tips would be great. I can't eat either, but in the past two days I've drank ridiculous amounts of water. I'd say the pain right now is a 6/10, but it seems to randomly get worse.

Any tips? Thanks. I have to get this cleared up before the 27th, since I have an echo-cardiogram in the city then.

I was playing on the server and then i get the sheathed katana drop, so the next round i open my inventory and press use , and then it just disappeared.

I am on vacation for a good while until the 4th of May so I won't be on. However I'll make it up to you by bringing back selfies with my IS buddies (I'm in Egypt at sharm'el sheik or something similar.)

I came on after a few hours of being off and instead of having the 55 coins i had earlier i have 233. I do not know how. i did not sell any guns on the marketplace nor try to get coins via some cheat or some such way,they simply appeared. I don't know what to do with these coins so i will just leave them be for now.
