Something along the lines of being able to use any ammo type to add to its pool, call it "bullet hungry" or something.

What Happened?: Rdmed multiple people over the course of a map or two, no staff was on the slay him, he then left after mass rdm.

Evidence: I could only get one round of logs before the map changed, but he did rdm atleast a few more times, including a traitor.

What Happened?: He was standing still, and then he blasted someone in the face with a shotgun. I killed him and he was innocent. After round he left before I even died.

What Happened?: He Mass RDMed when the map changed, and he left about a round or so after. There were no staff on, and it was too late anyways.
