That's way too simple. For a detective to know someones role on demand (disregarding the hellish 2 minutes of waiting) you should have a chance to fail especially if the target is not willing.

Requiring the leading of the shot in order to hit the target when they're moving balances the tester much more than some arbitrary 2 minute timer before its use.

The tester actually requires you to git gud to benefit from it.
