Dragon Round Gift Packages

I think the dragon rounds should be fixed to actually happen first of all, but I do agree that gift packages should be guaranteed for the top 5.

Maybe some kind of item crates for the top 3 instead of gift packages?

Fuzzy, I've never seen top 5 get the best items, its always the non-top-five, and I've never gotten anything exceptional from #1, which I've been so many times!
