I deleted my old suggestion thread cause the Djinn was added and for other reasons, here is a new one that people (everyone) wanted. Right?

[!] Runic Tier (Enhancable Tier)
Rarity: Primordial
Stats:
Accuracy 1% - 22% (Increases at intervals of 7%)
Clip 1 - 5 (Increases at intervals of 2)
Damage 8% - 26% (Increases at intervals of 6%)
Firerate 5% - 20% (Increases at intervals of 5%)
Mobility -8%
Stability -20%
Upgrades how? Well to start, unlike other ones when you level this you actually get 2 Points per level (Max level of 5), and for the skin i was thinking something like this and at level 5 it begins to glow (like heroics) changing from blue to bright purple. How you level it up is by killing people who are suffering from any DoT suffix. Each suffix gives more exp towards the gun , the gun needs 100 EXP per level (Corrosion = 5 , Contagion = 10, Phoenix = 5, Agony = 8, Bleeding = 2)

Squirt Gun (Uses This model)
Rarity: Legendary / Misc Slot
Stats:
Clip| Infinite
Damage| None
Does What? A bit of a gag item , but also serves a use! When used on someone suffering from phoenix it actually puts them out if you hit them with it (I don't know if that's possible , but I hope so).
Text: On the cap it reads "Warning! Do not spray in eyes!"
Obtained From?: Tidal Crates. If not anything works.
^Credit to A2, it was his idea he just asked me to post it.
Cryo Grenade (Light Blue Discomb model)
New Detective Item, the idea is made because Traitors have a Fire Bomb. When bought you get 3 of these grenades.
What they do?: When thrown, the explosion radius is about half that of an incendiary. Causes all targets in the radius to be iced like the jolly trait. The one other additional side-effect is that all weapon firerate is reduced by 30% and given a 15% reduction to all incoming Bullet damage(Excludes incendiary damage and DoT). As well as the area affected becomes extremely slick , ice on the floor and causes you to slide across the surface.
Came up with the idea, but some credit to Kuro since he apparently had a similar idea.
-New questlines would be added by speaking to 2 new NPCs-
-New Traits/Suffixes-
-New Tiers and Uniques-
Erzengel Raphael (Adviser to Mona)
Appearance: Wears the Angelic Godlike mask, Jodies Wings, and carries a Godsword (held out or if not planted at his feet).
Mammon's Shadow (His name says it all)
Appearance: Charple skin, wearing the Demonic Godlike mask with Demon horns on.
Breakdown:
- This quest line unlocks at level 30 -
-> At level 30 , when you join the lobby you'll receive a notification warning (Like in your inbox perhaps?) and it'll be a message saying
"Dear Forerunner,
We've never met before , but your service has changed this world. Peace is no longer available as Mammon has been released.
I'm sending this letter to you with a proposition. I will fund you into your campaign in this war, regardless if you side with Mammon or the Angels. I've even sent with you a powerful artifact, give it to whomever you want to side with. Be warned, once you give them this artifact only rare magic can take it back.
We'll Keep in Touch,
- The Oracle "
-> It will say in chat "<Username> has acquired a Tomb of Origin "
Tomb of Origin
Rarity: Exotic
Text: You feel power emulating from this artifact... Perhaps you can harness it?
- After this, you will be able to talk to the NPC's. Each will give you their offers and a text box will open asking if you agree to their offer.
Raphael's Offer:
Raphael: What is this... Relic? Mortal, hand that over quickly! Mona will need to analyze this quickly before Mammon can sense it! If you give this to us, we'll bestow upon you magic of the purest order. Do you accept?
*If you accept only 1 item can allow you to switch to Mammon's side, the ArchAngel's order focuses more on Passives and attacking monster. This is more of a low-activity based side (Doing events, quests, and boss fights). Each side has their own badge as well that gives a weekly quest. The Badge: Raphael's Signet (It'd be a gold ring with a blue stone with a giant "FRG" in it)
Mammon's Offer:
Mammon's Shadow: Ahhh... I can feel the power... Show me the Tome? Can it be? One of the many relics I've been looking for. If you possess such an artifact then you are worthy of my time. I'll show you the ways of True Power, wealth beyond your imagination and the ability do destroy all who appose you. Do you accept?
*Mammon's Acolytes focus more on an Aggressive playstyle. This will be like; doing active rounds of TTT, Dragon Rounds, Minigames, and rolling crates/keys. The Badge: Eye of Mammon (A black drop-shaped gem with a red eye in the middle and coins in the background behind it)
-After choosing your side they take the relic from you and analyze it , each side gives a different quest line to unlock the secrets of the Tome-
ArchAngel's Quest
Raphael: We still haven't unlocked the Tome's true power.. It seems to need charged by something with even greater power. Try taking it into Grim's Labyrinth. Maybe the death of a Demon King will charge it.
-Do the Labyrinth with the Tome in your Misc. Slot when you kill Morgoth-
*When you return to Raphael*
Raphael: I can sense the Tome's power. It still hunger for more. Maybe the vile power from the Worm Queen will fulfill it. Speak to Mona about this.
-Fight the Worm Queen-
*Return to Raphael*
Raphael: The Tome is ready to analyze. Hand it over mortal and we shall see what power is held within these pages!
*The Tome is returned to your inventory*
Raphael: This Tome.. It's made to create weapons of destruction. This will be the relic that will turn this war in our favor! Go to the Fountain over there and open the Tome. It should feed off the energy within the waters.
-End of Quest-
Mammon's Quest
Mammon's Shadow: You've chosen the right side of this war.. I know much about this relic and that it will require a great amount of sacrifices to satiate it's hunger within. Go, make our enemies bleed their essence into the pages.
-Deal 500 Bleed Damage and get 20 Kills from Bleeding in TTT-
*When you return to Mammon's Shadow*
Mammon's Shadow: Ahhhh... I can sense the power inside those pages. Waiting to release their secrets. Take this weapon and unleash it's destruction upon our enemies. Maybe then will the Tome unlock for us.
-You acquire an M16 named Relic of Mammon
Relic of Mammon
UNTRADEABLE
Rarity: Legendary
Stats:
Clip: +5
Firerate: +25%
Damage: +24%
Stability: -15%
*Has a guaranteed Bleed and Contagion on the gun, the damage and chances shouldn't be random in my opinion just a set one.
-Kill 100 People with this gun (It will track like an enhanceable gun does)-
*Return to Mammon's Shadow*
Mammon's Shadow: The Tome is ready to relinquish it's secrets.... My Weapon mortal shall be returned.. This blood will hopefully wash away. Take the Tome to the Fountain and open it. That fountain contains more than just water...
-End of Quest-
---Using the Tome---
Below is each Trait and Weapons unlocked for each side and their requirements. These are all subject to change, just meant to add a ton of variety.
ArchAngel's Traits

How? Sacrifice 10 Lightweight guns and 5 Gravity Crystals(They must have at least 2 Charges each)
Trusting The Air
Does? When taking 10-25 fall damage, this damage is negated.

[[1]]Orb Suggestions-
[!] Orb of Artemis
Rarity: Legendary
Obtained From: Can only be obtained from the Pillar Bosses in the Event (And the Tank)
Does What?: When held shows the footprints of anyone within a 10 unit perimeter, drains 1% every 2 seconds. When you take the orb off and pull it out again it vanishes the footprints(Maybe, if that's easier?).
[!] Orb of Zen
Rarity: Rare
Obtained From: Dropped from only Tier 1-3 Keys
Does What?: When held it reduces your mobility by -10% , but gives you "Peace of Mind". This gives you a cheap form of body armor(Does everything except reducing headshot damage and a slight blue shield over your playermodel), and slight healing properties (Can only heal you to 50 HP). There is a charge limit (Takes 1 minute 30 seconds to charge, so you can't use it immediately at the start of the round) and drains 1% every second. Once drained it has to recharge again to use.
[!] Orb of Redemption
Rarity: Legendary
Obtained From: Dropped Tier 5 Keys only
Does What?: Does not need to be held, it's a passive orb only. When you drop below 20 HP it gives you an increase in mobility (By about 8%) for 30 seconds , if you die before this wears off you actually don't die but when you drop to 0 HP it immediately restores you to 50 HP. However, once this happens you get a new effect "Redeemed". All movements are slowed dramatically for 10 seconds (So you can't just run away after), and the orb completely drains itself (1 Use per round). To combat people abusing the 20HP thing, only allow it to occur from direct damage? (I.e, bullets not fall damage/prop damage)
[!]Embalmed Orb
Rarity: Rare
Obtained From: Dropped from Item Crate 2's
Does What?: When held gives you a mirror health, if this drains completely you die however, if it doesn't than you take no damage to your health. This charges from the beginning of a round and takes 1 Minute to charge and after the first form of damage takes 2 minutes the next time to charge. All Damage carries over until the next charge (Example: You take 20 damage with it out, and 30 seconds later you take 70. Your mirrored health is now 10 HP left until the next charge). This only takes into account Bullet damage and Suffix Damage (No props or fall damage). I know it sounds a bit overpowered, but it's a heavy gamble since you can't really fight back if you have it out to not die.
[!]Ravenous Orb
Rarity: Legendary (Or Primordial if it sounds that good)
Obtained From: Preferably from Tier 5-6 Only, or Leviathans.
Does What?: When held gives a bar underneath your health labeled "Hunger: 0/200", the orb is hungry for blood and all damage received has a ratio of 2:1 (Every 2 damage gives 1 point) and all damage given has a ratio of 4:1 (Every 4 damage gives 1 point). Once the orb reaches 200 it begins to glow bright right, you then left click with the orb out on 3 areas where AoE's (Similar to the Demon Bow) will drop, then you right click with the orb to unleash the AoE's and the full power of the orb. When you right click however, you get a new effect "Satiated" in bar and your mobility is decreased by -8% overall and all incoming damage is amplified by 15% for 30 seconds. The orb is a 1 time use per round.
[!] Magic Missile
Rarity: Legendary
Obtained From: Gift Packages (Past level 20)
Does What?: When you right click it sends a Green Ball (Similar to the Djinn ball model but green) that does 15 damage on impact and does not stick to the ground. If it hits the target it has a chance to ignite them for 2 seconds (1 in 3 chance), if it hits the ground it starts a small Green Fire on the ground (That still effects karma). It can only shoot 5 Magic Missiles before it needs to charge, charges by jumping (25 Jumps = 1 Missile, with the orb out).
[!]Orb of Pestilence (A black orb with a purple glow)
Rarity: Primordial
Obtained From: ???
Does What?: Hold over a body and hold R to "decay" the body. After you do this fully (Maybe make a bar or the orb charges up?) you can press Right Click and it summons small locusts to follow you. This causes fall reduction, mobility increase and does minor damage to anyone who gets in contact with you. If you hold R with your locusts out and release at a location the locusts will fly over there and stay there causing damage in that area.

Very weird idea, but fits well with Mammon and Co. (goes in misc equipment slot)
At level 30 you can now meet the mystical new NPC "Circe". She gives you a quest, find her Deck of Tarot Cards that she lost while exploring the Labyrinth (Grim's Event). She recommends killing the Bosses to see if they ingested her cards (Each Boss has 1 in 8 chance to drop this,Not excluding the Boss drops). When dropped it will say "You have acquired a Ruined Tarot Deck" then below that you will see "You are overcome with a mystical presence....". When you speak to Circe to return the cards she notices that the deck is beyond ruined and gives you it back to have your own deck. You now obtain "<Your Username>'s Tarot Deck" . This is an untradeable item that allows you to now collect Tarot Cards. Now you can "Open" the Tarot Deck and see what cards there are in there; 2 Common Cards, 3 Uncommons, 2-3 Unlikelys, 1-2 Rares. These are only the cards from the drop table sold by Circe, not from other methods or unnamed methods. How you use the cards are at the start of a new round 3 Cards pop up on your screen in a text box, if you don't click on one it randomly selects one, if you click 1 it reveals itself in your chat menu and applies at the start of the round.
Circe Text:
When not level 30: "Weakling, do not speak to me until you're more powerful and worthy"
When level 30: "Mortal, I have a quest of grave importance that needs your manner of skill"
Talking once you accept the quest: "Hurry! Who knows where the cards may end up....."
Completed: "My Deck! Oh... And you brought it so hastily you didn't care to clean it up... These are beyond ruin! Keep these, a token of my faith in you."
Circe Shop Quotes:
"Power.... Wealth... You can have it all for a price.."
"Have you been standing there long? I've been foretelling you coming for awhile now"
"Unlike Arvid these treasures ACTUALLY are useful."
"A runemaster? Ha! He's more like a man with no knowledge of the forces he's dealing with"
-If you have a seal of the Djinn-
"You have a shadow following you.... You must be wary of who you trust"
-Easter Badge-
"You're a great warrior, Gregg was barely a match though for my magic!"
-Worm Queen Destroyer Complete-

*Unlocks a new Tarot Card; Bile of Asmodeus*

The Tarot Cards (The Meat of this Idea-Sandwich)
Commons
The Explorer: When the round starts you get an increase in movement speed for 15%(Only applies to weapons that have below 15% mobility) for the round and reduction in fall damage by 25%(Stacks with crystal).
Warrior's Spirit: Gives a new equipment that is a Axe (Uses Hatchet model) that has 3 Swings. Each hit does a guaranteed 40 Dmg and applies a bleeding effect (Bleed does 10 damage).
Bucking Bronco: When you run into someone it will "kick" their screen (Like the UMP from the Detective) and only works if they've damage you before-hand (Like the Banshee's Shriek)
Militia Revolution: You get an instant ammo boost of 200 in each reserve for both guns (Does not stack if your gun uses the same ammo or is a railgun/bow)
Between the Eyes:
Uncommon
Spirit of Cupid: You spawn with a Bow that has 1 Shot that causes the "Charm" effect on someone. Their screen gets a pink opacity and they do reduced damage to everyone for 20 seconds (reduction of 15%) and the bow does 20 damage on headshot.
Knowledge Serves You: Your end round experience gain is tripled, however if you kill an innocent as a detective/innocent or a traitor buddy you lose this bonus.
Reinforced Cranium: All Incoming Headshot damage is reduced by 20%, due to the weight you now move at a -8% mobility.
Impossible Escape:
Unlikely
The Trickster: 10 Seconds before the round starts you select a Player with whom you'll switch loadouts with. Neither of you can re-equip after the start of the round.
Unstable Quantities: Your reserve ammo constantly regenerates from -5 to 15 every 20 seconds (Caps out at 150 reserve, 500 for HUGE).
Rare
Smokin' Aces: The last 2 bullets in your clip do 1% more damage every 4 units they travel (Does not work with railguns or any lasers).
Being Fancy: At the start of the round forces you and one random player to be stuck in alt walk for the remainder of the round.
Turncoat:
Legendary
Settle The Score: All Incoming damage has a 8% chance to reflect back at a 67% Reduction.
Primordial
Ravenous Munitions: Every 10 shots will shoot a "Leeching" bullet. This bullet does 10% of the weapons headshot damage and will leech up to 25 HP from a target. If you reach full health you start losing the HP you should gain.
Godlike
Unholy Trinity: You select three targets before the round that will be deemed "Unholy". Any fire damage they receive will do 35% more damage. Your weapons are also replaced by a Legbiter named "Templar's Sword" that has a 1 in 3 chance to ignite your targets for 4 seconds. If you die by any of these "Unholy" players , they regenerate any lost health and banish their curse.
Celestial
Exotic(Seasonal/Achievements)
(Unlocked for Sale from Circe for 3 Card Fragments after completing Worm Destroyer and Slayer) Bile of Asmodeus: Every Shot has a 2% chance of leaving a small puddle of green poison, this deals 2 damage every second you stand in it. Disappears after 5 seconds.
(Sold for 4 Card Fragments after Beating Morgoth) Giant's Bane:
The ideas listed below are suggested because of Fancy. They can only be obtained from the orb drops or surviving/winning that round as the role (Thanks Fancy).
Traitor Specific Cards
Big Spender: You start off the round with 3 extra credits , but cannot buy body armor.
The Bang-Bang: All Secondaries you pick up put their reserve ammo into the clip , you no longer can pick up ammo for this gun.
Detective Specific Cards
I'm the Sheriff, You're My Deputy : Allows you to "Bond" with one player, you receive a shield that blocks up to 150 damage and this recharges at 1% per 5 seconds. If your deputy dies your shield no longer charges and will lose all charge.
I Fly So-Low: Your Grapple never loses charges except it cannot be dropped and you can no-longer purchase any equipment (Except a radar). Your Fall-Damage is reduced by 30% as well.
More will be added!

-Worm Queen Destroyer Complete-
"Mona? I feel sorry for her, Revenge has made her something else. I have something though that may help you later on.."

Came up with the idea, but some credit to Kuro since he apparently had a similar idea.
-New questlines would be added by speaking to 2 new NPCs-
-New Traits/Suffixes-

Relic of Mammon
UNTRADEABLE
Rarity: Legendary
Stats:
Clip: +5

Mammon's Shadow: The Tome is ready to relinquish it's secrets.... My Weapon mortal shall be returned.. This blood will hopefully wash away. Take the Tome to the Fountain and open it. That fountain contains more than just water...
