Yeah it seems when he dropped it, it didn't have the unique trait, SO ONE CAN DROP THAT'S WORTH EVEN MORE $$$$$$$$$

It didnt have a trait, and it was rolled from a crescent crate. As for ascultone, it is the name of a dragon from scandinavia folk lore

It has the unique trait. I checked his Inventory. It must have just been loading? Sometimes when something drops with more than one trait, it takes a second or two for it to show up in the stat display(have to re-hover over it).

And no, this is not the rarest item in the game so far.
