Okay, here's a few changes I'm thinking about maknig to the system for the next iteration.
A required amount of playtime within the last week or so to vote on items.
No advertising your suggestion, or asking people to check it out. This will result in a ban from submitting suggestions, and your suggestion will be removed.
Only I will be able to see the amount of +1's an item has.
Items sorted randomly by default, and sort by rating removed (except for me obv).
Maybe a few people other than me, unable to submit suggestions, and unable to upvote, but can moderate suggestions and see who suggested and upvoted them, with options to remove votes/suggestions.
One MAYBE two suggestion(s) per rarity class, per person.
What do you guys think of these?
(Keep in mind these are just submission/moderation wise, I have more changes planned for the actual process)

Yeah. All these sound like it will help a lot with the process. Especially the not being able to see +1's. That way people dont just instantly bandwagon on one weapon. Hopefully people actually listen to the no promoting your own suggestion this time, that was also a big source of upvotes on weapons.

In regards to the folks that can remove suggestion and votes.
Will they be removing 100% troll suggestions? Such as 50% damage on a common. Or, will they be using their judgment to remove suggestions? Such as a fun gun or a tech/specialist/gimmick weapon. I ask these since I'm afraid my weapon suggestion(s) will considered a "troll" gun, instead of being a one-trick-pony weapon or being useful to the detectives.
there should be 2 separate crates, one for meme suggestions, and one with actually good suggestions with cool names (I <3 Tobi's naming)
it just felt wrong having these cool things be spoiled by stupid shit like a FUCKING C R O W B A R named GRANDMAS CANE.

So it may be about time to start of CC2, as a result, I'd like to revive this and ask if there's anything you guys would like to see improved/added with the next version. (Other than what is stated above)
For right now, I would love to see a option where if someone wants to create a enhanceable gun for cc2, to show what is the max lvl of the gun, and how it can be leveled up.
I would also love to see a option where, you can see if this weapon can be craftable, yes or no.
Finally I would love to see a option, to see only the weapons you created and put in the voting list, so you can see how much votes you got.

Current changes finished:
Enhancable Items are now supported.
Items are displayed at random by default. With an option to sort by newest/oldest(sorting by likes have been removed too except for me).
Likes have been removed and are only visible to me.
A limit of 2 suggestions per rarity class.
Only allowing submission for the current in-progress rarity class on the submission page:
Upcoming possible changes:
Only people who have played in the last week are allowed to like suggestions.
Possibly only allow x amount of likes per rarity class per person. So you have to upvote ones you like carefully. What do you guys think of this as possible change?
Here is one thing that would be changed a bit in my opinion.
"Only people who have played in the last week are allowed to like suggestions." I was thinking bumping down a notch like, players who played in the last 3 - 2 weeks because, if a player hasn't play last week before the CC2 suggesting comes out, what if they come back and find out they can't like suggestions, I feel like that's not fair for them not being able to give their opinion on other people's suggestions, and I want them to have a second chance.
