How to acquire: You go talk to Mona and there will be 2 options: Fight Worm Queen | Ask about Worm Pet. When you ask about the worm pet she will say "I see you have found one of the Worm Queen's baby worms. Bring me another one ( of a different color ) and I will make you something special."
