Idk if this is really a bug or not

So I was playing blackjack and managed to get a 21, but the dealer also had a 21 and it said I lost. I don't know if this is an issue with the game rules that I am not aware of or if it is an actual bug, Screenshot of what I could get included.

If both you and the dealer get 21, but the dealer has the same amount of cards or less, you lose.
