Yeah, one of the minimum requirements for member is being at least 14.

First off you need to be 14 as stated above and second I don't think 63 hours is enough.

I applied for member exactly at 50 hours, you should know the rules by then and the regulars should know how you act as well at that time so it's definitely enough.

Still below the age limit so I can't do anyrhing.
