Pretty Sure it was the power cord. I got it from a trusted and valuable source. It's named Terran.

Server provider restarted all of their server machines, including mine earlier, and my GMOD server doesn't auto-start when the OS is booted up.

I wasn't online sorry for the wait. It's up now.

Considering the server's machine is 2,600+ miles away from me, that's one big ass power cord.
