Every now and then i can find you just a bit annoying i don't really know if its because of voice, mannerisms or something else, other than that you don't really seem to be TOO bad, but others might have issues with you. +0 for now

-1 due to avoiding a gag but other than that I would say you are annoying at times (although this did not stop me from getting staff). Given some time I think that you should be able to get member so long as you don't get banned or avoid punishments near the time frame where you had an application up.

He's not here nor there for me, he isn't 100% on the rules, but I do believe with time he will mature up a bit and will hopefully correct his recent behaviors. -1
