Has a 1 in x chance to create a mistletoe hovering over you and give you 1-3 hp every second after a rightful kill.

Upon a rightful hit, your target will crouch for x seconds and hear people saying “Naughty!” to them, anytime they jump.

If you are moving in the cloud you will gain -40% Accuracy, -15% Reload Speed, and lose 2 reserve ammo every 3 seconds. Has a cooldown of 50 seconds.
This weapon can be enhanced but it must be enhanced through other ways...

Mephitic and Relentless.
(Will gain a suffix upon fully leveling it up.)
(Has a 1 in x chance to gain a trait every 2 levels. Max traits it can gain is 3.)

(Lvling up this item will be kept a secret until people figure it out.)

Hot Chocolate DOES sound like a fun item. The Damage reduction is next-to-pointless though, 3% just isn't enough to affect anything. Maybe it could instead boost healing speed on items like the Orbs or Health Stations?
