I don't really think this calls for a perma. Your evidence shows one situation where there was a clusterfuck of people shooting eachother and he killed all of the people involved. This could have just been a simple misunderstanding. However, there is one RDM of a T which is normally just a slay. This is not really worth a player complaint or ban. Closed.
