Just a few for now:
1 in X chance to make the target look the same direction as the shooter.
1 in X chance to add X bullets to your reserves.
1 in X chance to make the suffix effect text show up on your screen. (you are poisoned/in agony).
1 in X chance to invert the look direction.
1 in X chance to force your target to reload.
1 in X chance to mute target for X seconds.
1 in X chance to force the targets callouts in chat to switch "is a traitor" to "is innocent" and the other way around.
