Also agreeing with what dread said, you said you thought it was time if you thought it was time then you should have read the requirements and known that its not. As well you said you've been waiting a while and you only have 16 hours that's not even a full day. You didn't even take the time to properly check your hours and you even posted how to see them on there server. That shows to me your arnt very determined to be a member and do this server proud by presenting it well to other players and those on the forums.
