A) He shouldn't be able to immediately special after teleport. (The AoE explosion for example. It just happened.)
B) He should have a 1/2 second or less delay on a teleport. His bonus attack range means its too hard to dodge it, if not impossible.
C) He should only teleport if you're far enough away. Teleporting when you're a few feet away is aggravating.
