Even if you accidentally delete it, there's a queue of the 3 most recently deleted items in the trash can.

Otherwise, nah. I don't think it's needed. The stat-display in this system pops up right on your mouse showing you exactly what you're selecting.

I don't think I've heard of a single case of someone misusing an item on a key or crystal so far. Not only do you have to click the item you want to put in, you also have to confirm that you are SURE you want to use the items. It holds your hand enough. If you mess up it's on you, just like how it is anywhere else in the world.
