Cancer is a horrible thing. My dad was diagnosed with cancer about a year ago, may be it not as severe, it was still scary. It is beatable though (as he did and as your mom has before), so don't give up hope. Miracles happen. The best thing you can do is try to stay positive through it and be with her a lot.
