Lower player count, add second TTT server.

That's an entirely different discussion. This is mainly about whether or not 24 players is too much for enjoyable TTT, and if we should help that by lowering the max player count.

then if anything just add a second server, how many people are actually active tho anyway? like maybe 100 out of like 1000 play weekly, then like 50 daily, and 10 hourly? im talking about feks, jk jk, plz dont get mad srsly tho, i dont think that many play like everyday, just add a second server with max of 16 or something
