Truth is, people just don't really care. If you have to put the rarity in between legendaries and prims, and brass said he was just going to rename legendaries so most likely that kind of rarity, they're going to be common enough that the price will go down fast and soon no one will care and we'll be left with a tier that will be like most the rest - they're good weapons stat-wise and can get nice traits and suffixes, but no one values them.
You realize that this thread is from 2015 about a tier between legendary and godlike, not legendary and prim right?
