[NERF] Molten Tier Proc

I've had the chance to use both a tmp and a mac10 version of this tier. Keep in mind that those 2 guns are very inaccurate on top of having negative acc stat. So far, simply holding left click in the general direction of people is enough to rack up kills. it shoots fast enough to negate any type of accuracy requirement except for long range by just having to have someone inside your crosshair. The inaccuracy will take care of the headshots for you. On top of that, if the bullets itself doesn't kill, the fire rings certainly will. Not even counting the djinn crystal if you fancy that.
