Short and simple. TTT is dying as a game mode that is only being maintained with bandaids of buffed loot. On one of the three servers I think it would be interesting to tweak the limb and body modifiers up so time to kill is drastically reduced just to see if players find it more enjoyable with a highly increased, fast paced, time to kill form of TTT. Thanks
