Make Dilapidation something that starts on the lobby

It happens sometimes once a day, usually days between, rarely twice in a day. It's really uncommon.

Would it change anything if people swap from TTT to the Lobby, or sit on the event that takes over TTT for 30 minutes...?
I suppose, but it does happen often enough to annoy me, but if its that rare I assume there's people who would want it back.
Anyways I made this thread really tired and salty so now I feel bad for making you reply to it, sorry.

But I feel like the incentive to be on TTT isn't really there, since you have loads of time to launch gmod and join the server when dilapidation starts and get in on the action..
