Default SG's are a bit powerful

If its good for long range with low clip, lower the fire-rate tremendously, boost the damage really high, give it a REAL scope and make it an auto-sniper, a la CS:GO. That'd be neat.

I mean, do we need more spray-and-pray guns? That's what AUGs are currently used for, and obviously Mac10's. AUGs were supposed to be a long-ranged assault rifle/long-range rifle hybrid but they're shit at it.
