Spectators get auto-kicked

After 5, 10 minutes? I notice that they can take up a lot of slots for no reason, and people can't get on.

There's -no- staff on the servers right now and its 21/21, but I CANNOT join due to the server being full to help. I have people asking me to help them. They say there IS a spectator.

I already asked for this so yes please. Makes kicking afks much easier.

Eh. Maybe this should only apply when the server has like 18+ people.
There really shouldn't be a reason a mod+ can't get on and kick the AFK players themselves lol, sometimes people have to go AFK. Also, I think 5-10 minutes is too short, thats what, two or three full rounds? I dunno. +0.
