Also I have a question. I created a skin on NTG called the Phoenix for the ak47 and I was wondering if it was okay if I used a similar design (a little different), but for a different gun. Would it not be added because of the resemblance even if it is a different gun or?

If your skin was used in NTG then no. We do not want the same skins as NTG.
