2 different ways it could work

version 1:
-15-25% movespeed
+10-20 hp while equiped.

version 2:
-15-25% movespeed
+30-35 damage

It'd be stronger in one aspect, but it'd make you move much slower, if version 1 was implemented awp shots should be balanced to 130 damage bodyshots.

Stealing muh cool idears hurk hurk
+1, but only if the awp's bodyshot damage is like 130 or something (for the HP one).

It'd make a neat counterpart to Lightweights.

Is this supposed to be a crystal or a tier or what?!?! or a melee?

Also i already made something very similar to this:

Name: Enbiggening Crystal (Use either this or Might not both)
Rarity: Medium
Stat Required for charging: Damage 30%
Effect: +25% Size (bigger hitbox to be hit easier)
Effect #2: +15% Damage
Effect #3: +10 Vulnerability
Effect #4: -15 Mobility
Drain Rate: 3% Per round used
Color: 175/0/0

AWP's body shot is 150 by default(it was 200). Multiply damage by .55 to calculate a leg/arm shot.

If it's the HP stat, then there'll be a new stat, thus most likely making the possible stats on a gun 7, thus overburding them?
If it's damage, though, may get a bit too OP - even for becoming half-immobile?

There can be any number of stats on any gun. A tier can have custom stats that can only be found on it, or not have certain stats at all.
