Side tab drop down with the section "Staff" New coolio format too

Have a dropdown for staff on members or change members tab to staff have and have the members drop down.Credits to mcnuggie for the first boring one)
(I can't have mine posted on the forums unless the image cap is increased)but having it on the tab would be better anyway

Mine is fine, literally the one difference is that this has pictures of the profile, when mine just has a link :p

I don't even see a need to add pictures, I think the links and names are enough. If I had to choose though I'd choose the first as the second pushes the pictures and they look strange when they are uneven.
