Allow Runes in key creation

Currently runes that aren't wanted or needed are put on the market.

That means over time more and more runes drop and they accumulate.

They flood up the market and don't have any other purpose.


So please allow runes (both restoration and the new primordial one) to be used in keys.

Of course not! I actually legitimately want to collect them. Also make mad profit. But, yeah, I 100% agree that they SHOULDN'T be used in keys. I hate that idea!
