i agree with everyone it should cost 5k to make, someone must be smoking a fucken nuclear power plant to ever make one.
(its one of a kind because no one is dumb enough to make one and those were only made for discovery)

Nah, I don't know what you mean by "everyone" but I haven't heard anyone say that. Its basically a really expensive novelty item, but it would be nice if the cooldown wasn't longer. If not, I mean, no sweat off my back that's fine, but it'd be nice.
