Basically, state an action and someone else rolls a 1d4 or a 1d20 or a 1d100 or whatever the hell they want, and depending on how low/high (bad/good) it is, they tell you your action. Basically, if using 1d100:

1: Implosion!
2-20: Critical Fail
21-30: Fail
31-40: Minor Fail
41-50: Neutral
51-60: Minor Success
61-70: Success!
71-80: Major Success
81-99: EXTREME SUCCESS
100: Explosion!

Also, screenshot your rolls. No cheating. Roll only once.

This is will probably be boring in all reality though.
