Mr. Diklano - Crouch Jump Bind

I can't hit him. He spams crouch jump across and around the map, and there's nothing that I can do. It breaks hitboxes unbelievably and it is extremely infuriating.

The crouch jump spam used to be A LOT worse before I made the anti-crouch spam system. People would like have a seizure mid-air when they had binds like this.
