Is there a way to get different hands like on the map biocube you have combine hands is this something I am able to do client side or something brass has to do?

Because valve made a shitty update that garry had to enforce, every up-to-date game (Garry's mod, TF2, etc.) has a new form enforced - C_model, which allows you to use the playermodel's hands.
Unless you convince valve to fix this bullshit, no - it can't be fixed.
