Morgoth rising before he should

So, im not sure if this is a thing that can just happen (if so forgive me, im just salty about it) but Morgoth's rising can sometimes happen unusually quick, while still being reasonable.
However, when he drops, and you cant get a full clip into him with an sg with +8% firerate before he's already coming back up is a little ridiculous.

I know people have complained about this before, but should he be getting back up this quickly?

+1 Couldn't even get 1 clip into him, we ended up dying at the end with morgoth having no visible HP left, if he wouldn't have gotten up way early we would have won
