I haven't the experience when it comes to the "crossfire" situations. That being said, many of the interactions I've had with Maui have been sort of in a grey area. I don't have much of a problem with him, but there are things that should be addressed if it has gotten to this point in a player report.
From what I have gathered he has very dry humor and likes to banter, a lot. Many times when he has bugged me is when he tries to make obscured accusations or insults and then runs with it. However, it wouldn't take long for me to understand he couldn't possibly be serious about it.
I think he'd benefit from toning down this type of "jokey" behavior. I understand the humor behind it, but usually I reserve it for friends who have known me for a while, so it isn't offputting. I don't exactly like how he treats others most the time, but if I really had a problem with him, I would just block him and call it a day.
With all that being said, if he has a trigger finger when it comes to offing someone at the end of a one on one duel, he should probably cool it a bit as well.
