Change suffixes a minor bit?

Recently found a low-tier M16 of Corrosion, and I realized that the chance is really bad considering how low the damage it does. The corrosion does about ~20 damage, and the chance is about 1 in 14. Not really spectacular, all things considered.

With chances that low, I feel that the damage rate could be pumped up a little bit, or make it last longer? 4 damage every 2 seconds for 10 seconds is about 20-ish damage. Seems sort of low, considering the chance that I'd get that to trigger they'd be dead from the M16's 60-ish default HS damage.

It'd be a perfect chance on a glock or huge, but Rifles, M16's...? The chance could be better.

Anyways, poll will be up shortly, let me know what you think.

Hmm. Currently it lowers the chance based on clip size, and not firerate. I could add that in the formula though I guess.
