+1 this isn't a bad idea but the only idea i would say if ruby shrine comes out make it either cap and/or items untradeable

From when rubies shrine got added a lot of people I talked too called it pay2win and were super mad, Not the fact that it was added but the fact that u kept calling It not pay2win. (In discord general at least from our understanding you were defending it was not pay2win) But now that has been cleared up. I don't really see a problem with it, Because its either people use rubies to instantly roll it or use rubies on runes/VIP then they get coins and use that for shrine. Which yes it takes time to sell runes/VIP but they can still pay2shrine.

Also on the whole cap thing, I was thinking maybe X per week.
Also after that week make the warning system reset. So they would have to agree with them again. Just to make sure they understand what they are doing.
(Kinda doesn't see a point of capping someone perma, if they doesn't have any restrictions then they really shouldn't be playing on a gambling server.)
