Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): Largely. Our community is one of the more laid back ones that I've seen. So problems rarely arise, and when they do 99% of the time they are solved without issue. However, I find that the biggest problem I have is the fact that I'm not good at being decisive. When situations arise where one side isn't 100% in the wrong I find it hard to take action since I don't like to make people angry, even though the situation calls for it. Aside from that, I believe I have done my job to the best of my abilities.

Current Status(Away/active): Not really active but also not away. I'm just kind of on one of my break periods. I'll be back as always.

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): I could certainly do better but for a mod I think I do enough. I added some poop maps but also some great ones. I handle reports when I have to but usually let others do them if they are on. I am quick to act on much needed bans or kicks though. (After a warning or 2 of course.)

Do you feel you have done a good job: I feel that I do my job well, though I do miss some reports due to the sound being disabled for me I try to do them when I see them and I try to stay available just in case any problems arise on the server.

Additional testimony: I would say I have a problem with getting to wrapped up with what im doing and forgetting to check reports again due to not having the sound notification. Also I need to get more involved with apps on the forums.

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): I haven't been active for the past 3 weeks due to a personal vacation but before that time I feel like I've been doing an okay job. I definitely could do more but for basic needs considering the server, I do a pretty good job. A lot more active, faster staff have one upped me recently which is a pleasant surprise so I may seem to be more lazy with things but I hope to get back into the stream of things. At this point in my life, I just want to enjoy my summer and have some fun on the server before getting into college this upcoming fall so I will definitely be more chill.

Usually When someone messages me about any problem they have on the server like a player ban or watching a suspicious hacker on the server I'll come on and do that.

Have you ever been banned and why: I was banned for 1 day cause i asked Alex to cause i was in a bad mood.

Why would you like to be promoted?: I feel like I've been really accepted into the community, and I've made a lot of friends in it. I want a way to be able to give back to the server, and this is the best way I think I can. I'm often on when no other +members are on, and find myself in servers full of new people late at night very frequently, and I do enjoy it but occasionally they do need to see there are rules. Since nobody is around, it does get a bit crazy and there isn't much I can do about it during the school season. And it gets really bothersome when people are on messing around and nobody is there or they are there and don't do anything about it.

Why do you think we should promote you?: I feel like you should promote me because I can contribute towards making FRG an enjoyable server to both new and old members. Although I'm usually laid back, I can be a little to lax on rules sometimes but can be strict if need-be. I understand that by becoming a +Member, I am someone newer people will look towards to see how the server works, and I understand I won't be able to be a complete idiot and disobey rules but i can at least warn them and if they understand might become long time players

Do you have any administrative experience: I've been staff some minor minecraft servers and on a manga site.
