Every time i join frg I can't be on it for more than a minute without it crashing gmod. It was working fine earlier

I recently built a pc for the first time ever, and so far... It's the most regretful thing ever.
already, I've ran into some seriously frustrating problems. Please. Help. Me.
I get about 20-30 fps on gmod and just now did it start crashing every 30 mins. What. The. Fuck.
I could play games like Arma III and Killing floor 2, a few days prior. But, now they run like i'm playing on a 150$ Toshiba laptop...

My friend helped me with everything but he left for a trip. Then, I asked 2 dumbasses (Terran & Jake), but they are also clueless. I pretty much have 0 experience with computers and have no idea what i'm doing. I'm a physiotherapist for god's sake.
I'm kindly asking for someone with at least some form of computer knowledge to help me. Please, before I go on a rampage.

This + the case + power supply.... cost me about 630$ CAD

I'm on a break from work for 2 weeks and would like to become the man child I once was. The man child that could enjoy video games without encountering shitty tech problems.

I can do pretty much all of the dailies in an hour to an hour and a half, and the only reason it takes that long is due to the "Play X time" daily. Which is usually 60-90 minutes or so. But the play X rounds is usually 50+, and that takes about 3+ hours for me most of the time. Today I've played 3 hours on FRG and I'm only 42/54 of the daily, but I long since completed the rest. Why have a playtime AND play round daily challenge?
It should be 25-30.

Is there a reason for this limit? Its a bit annoying. Also, it'd be great if you could put stuff into the trade window faster/snappier and accept quicker, too.

This is the most bullshit suffix. You truly cannot see anything, it 100% debilitates you. Its a hundred times stronger than the Cerberus proc or anything else similar. Its waaaay too strong. Keep the damage or whatever, just have it not be such cancer to the eyes. Please.
