Aside from the times where I basically go M.I.A for weeks at a time (which I hope is in the past), I believe that I've fulfilled my duties about as well as you could reasonably expect me to do. Although I think that I need to work on mediating, since I'm not very good at being firm or defusing situations. But for the most part I think that since most of the people on FRG are pretty laid back it makes my job much easier to do well. Many of the problems that occur on this server can be solved relatively painlessly and the bigger ones are few and far between, so my shortcomings are pretty easy to circumvent. In the future I hope to continue to iron out the little problems I have here and there, but other than that I'm basically just the best staff member on this server (except for when I'm not which is always).

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): I usually try and get on at least once a day. I also come on when someone messages me to ban someone simply because no mods+ We’re online atm. When I’m on I try to do any reports available (that is if they are not in progress by someone else). If a player has suspicions on another player(s) for any reason I’ll try and investigate them myself to see if I find anything bad.

Any additional testimony(if needed): Most of my time that I use for playing TTT has been going into mapping, including the newest event.

Why do you want to join?: I'd like to join because I feel like this server is easily the best TTT server i've ever played on and I want to be officially part of the community and enjoy the fun and luxuries of this server to the fullest extent.

Why would you like to be promoted?: I feel like we lack a +member on more often than not, and I believe me being around will help this issue. Although I think our server rarely needs to be moderated, it is still helpful for people to be on so we can deal with issues as they arise.

Why do you think we should promote you?: I am an active member of the community and I feel like there is plenty of times we dont even have a +member on, and aside from a few admins and mods (and unpoke i guess), (as of the time this post was made), we dont even have active staff members, so hopfully me being around will help.

Why would you like to be promoted?: I'd like to be promoted because I feel like now with so many people going up in ranks to mod and admin I think that there should be more people to handle slays while the mods and admins handle bans and keeping the server less toxic.

Why do you think we should promote you?: I believe I should be promoted, because I've been on the server for a very long time and have seen many reports be handled with and believe I would know how to handle certain ones aswell. I also am a person who when I see someone gets reported will try to get it done asap after they have responded.

Do you feel you have done a good job(explain): I think I do a good job as staff whenever I do play. I try to keep things fair and civil, and of course not abuse my powers to cause any harm.

Any additional testimony(if needed): Posting this because Brass recommended that I should still post one, I still don't know when I will be active again, but I would like to continue staffing when I do return.

I think the server would be better with more variety, such as more heavy secondaries. Revolvers. I think they should be added into weapon rotation as any tier ordinary-primodial, and maybe godlike versions. They would function just as more accurate, higher damage deagles just different model and noise when shot. Heres some base stats I threw together.

Remember to keep it civil, this is not to witch hunt or punish staff. We do NOT want to see small petty reasoning's as your logic behind a 'demote' verdict. Staff are allowed to and WILL make mistakes, so singling out one mistake alone will not likely do too much (obviously depending on the severity of the mistake). Keep in mind this doesn't 100% guarantee a staff member will even be demoted. Depending on the posts, we may just give them feedback on what they can work on, and see if they can improve.
