Have you ever been banned and why?: Yes, because i used a major exploit at the time which couldve ruined the economy at the time

Why do you think we should promote you?: Why i think i should be promoted is because i have the general knowledge of staffing since i do have experience and it would help take the load off of other staff

Do you have any administrative experience?: Yes, on a older darkrp server called Aurora Entertainment Network and Moat gaming both where i was a moderator

Additional Details: If anyone wants more info about the ban, it was around 2016 in which i exploited wormqueen for faster cooldown times and the ban was permanent up until around 2018-2019 where i was unbanned, since then I have become a better person and hope that im able to help out more around the community to make up for it

It's been a long time, and the guy makes some funny stuff. He has caused problems in the discord but I forgot most of that was related to politics so not really entirely fair.

Let's end this once and for all. Vote your opinion on the matter. For the unban to pass it has to pass by a Supermajority of 75 to 25 or higher. (75% - 25%) (more than 25% no's = fail)

This entire poll was parade's idea, so if you want someone to blame, blame him.

If you aren't aware, rick is someone who was banned for constantly causing issues, related to being toxic. He had more chances than almost anyone to clean up his act, but just couldn't manage to do so. This was quite sometime ago now. He has done some questionable things since, such as pretend to be cobaltgeo on the forums, join our discord on countless alts, and argue really dumb things in the politics channel.  I am leaving this up to the community to decide. I am leaning towards no still, but if enough of you say yes, then why the fuck not.

Since some people here on FRG started playing Muck, I think its a good idea to hold a Tourney to decide who is the best Muck player there is in FRG.

What is Muck?

Muck is a survival-roguelike (Risk of Rain + Valhiem combined) where you have to find/collect resources, and craft items to survive the monsters in the night on a procedural generated island. Every day that pass by the game gets harder and harder, from different mobs to bosses spawning in.
There are 3 gamemodes for Muck: Survival(Survive duh), Versus(Battle to the death), and Creative(Do whatever you want)
(Currently there isn't a ending for survival mode, just endless days and nights)

How would this tourney work?

Everyone will be playing versus on Normal difficulty.
1v1 last man standing wins the round.
Semi-finals and Finals will be best of three.
There will be a set seed so there is less rng.
When the game starts, everyone will have a grace period (No pvp) to gather as much resources as possible until night one. When it reaches night one pvp will be allowed.
Griefing is allowed as long as you are not intentionally damaging them during the grace period, however if they are nearby their stations, (Workbench, Anvil, Furnace, Fletching Table) you can not steal from them.
If you want in the tourney please reply on this thread, I will add all the names in the bracket.
Deadline for entry will be at 7/1.
The Tourney date will most likely be at 7/10 due to holidays and people working. (Might be changed)
Once the bracket is made I will post it in discord, in this thread, and contact all players that entered who they are up against.
If any one of the players aren't able to play on the day of the tourney, please let me and the person you are up against know, so we can figure out a date where both players are able to play.
One of the players would have to stream in the Discord VC to make sure there's no cheating. (No Streamsniping as well.)
If you don't follow the rules of the tourney you will be disqualifed from the tourney.

What Happened?:
Alibi threw a rift outside of the map in a spot i couldn't shoot or reach. So i decided to place down a couple of tripwires to force him out and kill him.
After hitting the tripwire, he ended up falling outside of the map. However rather than kill-binding, he decided to just wait out the timer instead. there was 5 people so there was no xp that round, but there was a T win daily.
I couldn't shoot him and I was out of credits so I couldn't use any to blow him up while he's stuck in the void.

You may have been wondering what exactly happened yesterday. I'll explain it here.


I went to bed late after doing the 1v1 tourney, I was woken up soon after with word that Inventories weren't loading. I woke up, checked it out, the database server was stuck in an infinite loop of starting up and shutting down. A scheduled update went sideways according to the host.

Anyways, that wasn't a problem because I was able to access it and dump the database files off of it using a separate boot drive. Plus even if I couldn't FRG's databases are backed up daily automatically offsite. So I wasn't too worried about that. I decided to wipe the entire machine after getting the database files off of it, and re set it up from scratch, then re-upload the database files to it. That was going smoothly, however, while in the middle of this, my personal HDD shot up to 100% disk usage when I tried to open a folder. It froze windows, eventually freezing everything leading me to shut it off manually.

After I did that, it would not reboot. I took the HDD out and it booted up fine. I then tried to put the drive in grass' pc, and went thru a bunch of bullshit to get that to work. It showed up in windows/bios, but I couldn't browse it. It would slow her pc way the fuck down trying to access it. So I decided to take it out and potentially try getting into it some other day with linux.

I have a network accessed storage device I purchased with 2 4TB HDD's setup with a RAID 1 setup. I did this a few months ago when I noticed my HDD acting up. The problem was I focused almost purely on backing up all of my gmod work, I didn't really think about my personal files as much so I missed a decent chunk of those. The last time I backed up my gmod stuff was the 10th at 5 AM, so I only lost a day and half's worth of work on tribulation.  I can live with that. The problem is, I lost a lot of my personal files and projects outside of gmod. Webserver stuff, side projects, source for the FRG launcher, other tools I've built, etc.

Ontop of that, a really really dumb user error on my end made me lose the master passwords to the admin/root accounts to all of our servers. I saved them in an encrypted file, but like a dumbass I named it something generic, not realizing I had another file named the same thing in a different directory from well before this file. So.. when I originally backed up 'important files' I backed up the wrong fucking password file.

I still had access to the servers because I had the passwords saved and encrypted in windows credential manager, but there wasn't any up to date methods to obtain those. But since I still had access under the admin/root accounts, I managed to resolve it in the end. Dodged a bullet there.

All of this running on ~ 2 hours of sleep. I had a massive migraine, and probably lost years of my life due to the stress levels alone.  

I'm happy to say everything is running smoothly now, I have a new HDD in place and I'm in the middle of transferring all my gmod files back to it.  For now, and as much as I can tell, the only thing I lost of immediate importance is the tedious work I did on trib during the 10th. Which was basically the final thing I needed to do before the last big test. I'll be redoing it all tonight once I get everything setup again. I will also be issuing a goodie bag for the downtime. Thank you all for your patience, especially with how long Tribulation has been taking.

So around 9:50 pm EST at 6/10 I tried to accept an offer on my Gard Cata. It wasn't in a bag it was right in my inventory and I tried to accept it but it said offer invalid. So I thought maybe it was a bug and I'd get it back after 24 hours. I tried to log on yesterday but the servers were down until now and I still hadn't received my cata.
