Why do you want to join?: I have enjoyed this community more than any other good community. And I would like to be a full member of it.

Additional Details: I only play with voice_enable_0. A little trick I learned from csgo HVH. This has helped calm me down in general playing ttt. No issues or warnings since for toxicity. I only interact with people when apologizing for rdming, or buying items so I understand if I am not well known. But I have been active this past month.

After some light interest shown, I have decided that it is time to host an FRG ROUNDS tourney!

"What is ROUNDS?"

ROUNDS is a 1v1 roguelike shooter-platformer, generally speaking.
Each round is started by both players picking a power card out of a random assortment of five.
These can augment your health, your gun you shoot with, your blocking power, and more.
There are various rarities to the cards ( gray < blue < pink ) but more rare doesn't necessarily mean more powerful!
a few example cards you could expect to see:



You then shoot your opponent to death, avoiding stage hazards, and can even deflect bullets if you time your right click shield correctly.
Whoever loses the round gets to pick another card out of a new assortment.

"How will the tourney work?"
Firstly, post a reply to this thread to indicate your interest.
After the entrance cutoff date (4/29), I will input all the names into a program that generates a 1v1 bracket.
I'll contact everyone who entered on Discord to notify them of who they're facing, and to gauge what time both will be available to play.
We will play a Best-Of-Three matchup format until Semifinals and Finals, where we will play a Best-Of-Five format. Ideally, these games will be streamed by at least one of the participants in an FRG voice channel, but in the event that that cannot happen, the winner of each match will have to screenshot the victory screen to make sure there's no funny business happening.
It's also a lot more fun for spectators if it can be streamed.

"What are the rewards?"
The starting prize bracket will be as follows:

Finalist: 1x Huginn's Legacy, 1x Easter Bomb, 1x Easter Jewel + More

Semifinalist: 1x Easter Jewel + More

However, provided any community-submitted rewards, this can be expanded to more of the bracket or added onto the previous tiers.

"When will this be?"
Ideally I'd want to start this tourney 1 week from now ( 5/1 ) but that can be pushed sooner or later depending on the amount of interest shown.

"But that game costs money!"
While that is true, it is $6, and you can certainly refund the game after playing your matches

Apollo/Helios:

Shotgun, Smg Hybrid. (Note the cso swep of this gun already includes a mode change within it)
Unique Perk: Egestas Solis (Curse Of The Sun) Has the ability to switch modes between a high damaging but innacurate shotgun and a more accurate and faster fighting SMG that deals less damage at the cost of the perks stated above

Clip Size (Note Each shotgun shot takes 5 ammo from it's SMG variant so if you have a full mag and shoot once with the shotgun you will have 25 bullets left when switching to the SMG):

Have you ever been banned and why: I might have gotten banned for a name change midround a while back but that could be on a different server, honestly don't remember

Why would you like to be promoted?: I've become a lot more active on FRG lately thanks to my new PC and my 7 month break from FRG last year helping with my burnout issues, and with the recent +member snap I would like to help out with reports when I can. There's also been some new players sticking around lately and I'd like to help them where I can.

Why do you think we should promote you?: I've been around for about 2 years now and member for a year and a half, and I think I've handled myself pretty well. I think I'm capable of handling reports and I want to help out any noobs more often when possible.

Do you have any administrative experience: I staffed on an Unturned server for a few months in 2018

Busy with irl crap, (family member's death, and making a full dedication to schoolz for now and til I graduate, ugh so boring), unexpectedly so y'all won't see me for at least a month. Even then I will prolly be on less overall in times other than summer.


Doubt anybody would really miss me a whole lot, but I figured I should have an explanation for those that are ever confused by the sudden peace of mind.

Directional Discombobulator

This weapon lobs an impact airblast grenade that directionally launches players that are within its blast radius.



Proposed "stats"
- the user of the item is affected 2x more by the grenade effects
- airblast grenade travel speed and range similar if not identical to normal grenades
- airblast grenades deal 1 damage
- airblast grenades do not affect player crosshair position
- the closer to the blast the stronger the effect (direct hit being slightly lower effect than dart gun hs) with close shots giving a significant boop
- 1 round in a mag (with a double E ability that loads 6 rounds with reasonable rpm)

Ideally (depending on how strong it is) it'd be cool to see this in the equipment slot but misc would work as well
