Breezy tends to be fun to play with yes, but I see him as full of himself. He treats others with no sense of respect and truly only cares about what he is and what he will do.
Has he changed?
Possibly.
Do I think he has changed?
probably not.
Will I give him a chance?

Your username is a good sign that you haven't changed. Next time you make a ban appeal for a server you were permanently banned from for causing tons of problems and trolling maybe don't use a username with "faggot" in it. Denied.
