Remove Age Requirement

Honestly, age requirements are sad, they pretty much put down any kid who wants to be a BIGGER part of the community and most of us as a whole in this community would like to give them a chance, just because they are "squeakers" or are more likely to change, WE can handle that, we are staff, it's our job to handle that stuff, it's like any other member. People whom are adults or late teens have problems as well, things pass and we as a community support them to help them get through it. If you want I'll get every single one of them a voice changer. Jeebus.

Maybe just reduce the limit if that's the case, age is just a number...

I mean, I get told I sound like a 12 year old, yet I meet the age requirement. But the players never seem to single me out, and if its happening to someone who's younger than me, I can understand,

My suggestion, maybe we could hold like a, vote kinda thing, where a poll is put on the forums for people to vote if they think that person is mature enough? Like McSnuggie, I'm kinda on the fence,
